Nick Cutter Action Figure with 2 Hesperonis
Professor Nick Cutter graduated from his year at University College London with First Class Honours and is generally recognised as the leading mind in his field.
A Hesperonis is not the sort of creature you want to find in your flooded cellar but that is exactly what happens. From the Cretaceous era they arrive in the present day via an underwater anomaly.
They look a bit like a six foot prehistoric Cormorant with teeth, and having accidently swum through to the present they panic and attack a plumber sent down to sort out what looks like a very bad leak!

Abby Maitland Action Figure with dodo & Rex
Abby Maitland loves fashion, & is happiest in jeans and T-shirts, not liking wearing clothes that are too feminine.
Preferring animals to people she left university after only one term and got a job as a zoo keeper before being recruited by Cutter.
Rex is a flying reptile from the Permian period about 250 million years ago and he bonds with Abby, so that when they try to return him to his time he sneaks back to be with her. Abby decides to keep him, secretly, in her flat.

James Lester Action Figure with Future Predator
James Lester is a Civil Servant who hates mess and disorder, particularly when caused by dinosaurs he doesn't really believe exist.
He always believes the Government knows best and the public have no right to know anything.
The Future Predator is a creature with no known name. It seems that anomalies can open to the past & future, & the creature that comes through is unfortunately a predator that was hunting Helen Cutter.
Genetic tests reveal it is a type of wingless bat with lightning fast reactions and the ability to stalk its prey using high-frequency sonar.

Helen Cutter Action Figure with 3 Agnurognathus
Helen Cutter had her first book on genetic mutation published whilst still in her early 20s. She believes that man's impact on the environment is wholly destructive and is convinced the human race is destined to die out sooner rather than later and that human reliance on machines and technology has fatally weakened our animal instincts... we either adapt or die.
Claudia Brown joined the civil service after studying law at university. She hates being patronised, especially by men and believes that an efficient civil servant and modern girl should take everything in her stride, including randomly appearing dinosaurs.
She doesn't think of herself as brave, but hates showing fear which these days is a challenge as there's a lot to be frightened about.

Steve Hart Action Figure with 3 Giant Arachnids
Stephen Hart is a former junior fencing champion and also junior shooting Olympic prospect, but gave it all up to study natural history. He has plenty of hand-on experience in the Rain Forest and is committed to wildlife conservation.
He is sceptical about human nature & demonstrates a passionate belief that humanity is destroying its own environment through unchecked industrialisation.
These Giant Arachnids are from the Carboniferous swamps of 300 million years ago, boosted to these gigantic sizes by the oxygen rich atmosphere of the era, these primative relatives of modern spiders have no web or venom but have two enormous pincers like present day camel spiders.
Responsible for wounding a number of people after wandering through an anomaly into a seldom used part of the London Underground, their attacks are not lethal.
